1- The real properties whose neighborhood, type, characteristics, and sale prices are specified in the real estate sale list below have been put up for tender by Finike Municipality to be sold by public auction pursuant to Article 45 of the State Tender Law No. 2886.2- The real properties whose neighborhood, type, characteristics, and estimated rental values are specified in the real estate lease list below have been put up for tender by Finike Municipality to be leased by public auction pursuant to Article 45 of the State Tender Law No. 2886.
Real Estate Sale and Lease Tender Dated 21 April 2022
1- The real estate properties, whose neighborhood, type, specifications, and sale prices are specified in the property sale list below, have been put out to tender by Finike Municipality to be sold through an open auction procedure in accordance with Article 45 of the State Tender Law No. 2886.2- The real estate properties, whose neighborhood, type, specifications, and estimated rental values are specified in the property rental list below, have been put out to tender by Finike Municipality to be leased through an open auction procedure in accordance with Article 45 of the State Tender Law No. 2886.
