7) The motorcycle, make Honda, model 2022, license plate 07 BFT 696, has been donated unconditionally and free of charge to our municipality by İsmail ÜLKER. Pursuant to Article 85 of the Municipal Law No. 5393 and the provision added to Article 10 of the Vehicle Law No. 237 stating "...Provincial Special Administrations, Municipalities and their affiliated institutions and Local Administration Unions acquire vehicles by the decision of their own assemblies.", the proposal of the Directorate of Written Affairs regarding the acceptance of the motorcycle with the aforementioned features as a donation, its registration in the name of our Municipality, and authorizing the Mayor to sign the necessary documents for registration and transfer procedures.

5) Proposal letter from the Directorate of Cleaning Services regarding the disposition of the 1984 model truck, license plate 07 TD 084, which is currently registered under the Directorate of Cleaning Services and rendered inoperative due to existing malfunctions. In accordance with the Vehicle Inspection and Control Report prepared by the commission, which determines that the said truck has completed its economic lifespan and its repair is not economically feasible, the proposal is for its withdrawal from traffic and sale in its current condition.
